Welcome to Dine! By accessing or using our subscription-based software as a service (“Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. 1.2 If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Your Account

2.1 Account Creation: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. 2.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. 2.3 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

3. Subscription and Payment

3.1 Subscription Plans: Access to the Service is provided on a subscription basis, as outlined on our pricing page. 3.2 Payment Terms: Payments are due in advance and are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or specified in these Terms. 3.3 Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle unless canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. 3.4 Price Changes: We will provide at least 30 days notice of any price changes.

4. Permitted Use

4.1 License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. 4.2 Restrictions: You may not:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code.
